Usually you can clear the problem up by putting a disk into the drive, go to "my computer" and open the CD Drive and click on "eject", and your tray should open and remove the cd and close your tray.

Sometimes you will get a message on your monitor "no disk in drive", when you don't remove a CD correct. (I have had this issue myself and the message went away when reinstalled a CD and ejected with my mouse.

Hope this will help you. Good luck.

Its trying to boot off of a cd or floppy disk. Restart your computer and enter the bios using f2 or f8 when its starting up. Go to boot settings and there should be a list saying
cdrom
floppy
hard drive
removable device

press - or+ to make the hard drive move to the top of the list. Then save and exit pressing f10. Now restart your computer and It should boot from the hard drive.
