find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First of all...DIET and exercise go hand in hand. With the two, any daily vitamin should be supplemental enough unless your doctor prescribes otherwise. Don't consider a quick fix to a situation that did not happen overnight. You'll only regret the results. This can include stretch marks, sagging, etc. Also, what does your exercise consist of? Are you working out at a gym. A personal trainer can put you on the right track and once you have the regime there is no reason to continue paying them for what you have already learned. I wish you the best of luck!!!

at that weight, you can live for about 2 months with no food at all and still only lose about 30 pounds. it takes a TON of work, and supplements are not healthy.

Flax seed oil, helps all around with speeding up your metabolism, keeping you regular and keeping your heart healthty. try the "eat right for your blood type diet", you will be surprized at how many foods dont agree with your blood type and keep you heavier. you may need to also change your exercise routine to trick your body.
