the second one. but i would never have anything like that for breakfast.
body needs complex carbs for breakfast to give you energy - e.g. old fashioned oatmeal, whole wheat bread, fruit etc.

The smoothie and banana. Processed food is not really healthy. The vitamins and minerals they add to the 'natural' ingredients are made in a chemistry lab. Eat REAL food! : )
