I have pale skin that isn't very easy to tan, specifically my legs. The rest of me gets darker but my legs stay much lighter, although lately they have been getting a little darker. I just recently started indoor tanning again after a few years of not going, and I've started going in stand up beds instead of the usual 20 minute beds. I don't burn easily. I used to stay the full 20 minutes all the time and not get a shade darker, so I'm not worried so much about burning. Right now I stay in the stand up bed for 7 minutes. I'm not sure which indoor tanning lotion I should use, because there are so many different kinds. I have heard Designer Skin is the best, but I don't want to buy the wrong one because they are pretty expensive and I'm on a tight budget.

I have pale skin, not too sensitive, and I'd like fast results because I have a beach trip coming up. What should I use?

I will tell you what I use and like you I am on a tight budget too. and I have found this stuff to work extremely welll Synergy Lotion makes it and it is called Go Dark you can find it online for 13-15 bucks and it is well worth it I bought some expensive lotion and I used it twice and didnt like it and I went back to my 15 dollar lotion . I will tell you that this Go Dark lotion has a hot bronzing effect it makes you hot and tinglily but it works really well and it will make you legs almost too dark. Give it a try I promise you wont be dissapointed.

Mary Kay makes the best. First cleanse and exfoliate skin to be tanned, you will have a great result. check it out at www.marykay.com/rebecca

Pale skin can be so beautiful. Any tanning by ultraviolet rays should be avoided . Ask any dermatologist. Do you want leathery and wrinkly skin after 40? Not to talk about skin cancer which has dramatically increased due to tanning. So please do yourself a good turn . If you must use a tanning spray or lotion.
When going to the beach please use a good sunscreen.
