maybe God chose to test Lucifer. See God knows the knowlage of Good and Evil. Sense Lucifer was forced to be perfect, maybe God wanted to see if he gave Lucifer power and to tempt the devil that he could be god, would he rebell against him. This way he would know if the devil truly loved God. Obovosly he dosn't. Just my guess, but this is one thing I seek God for wisdom on...funny I guess maybe God is searching for someone to love him instead of being forced in rightousness. Some one who will follow him willingly, not to be forced to his ways but just love his ways. So God seached if Lucifer would love the power, and still love God. I mean why not right, your a God that holds Good and evil, everyone is put on Good knowlage, but here God is with knowlage of evil and yet he choices Good. So he tests the evil one, of course u already know the story, he fails and is casted down. Just a thought? what do u belive?

Isaiah 14
12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

God is not the tempter. The reason why Satan chose to be prideful in a sinless universe will be a mystery until we get to heaven.

Why not? I mean, being a father or mother, we do get hints of it when our own kid seems to be slipping with a different mentality, as we see them changing before our very eyes... we see the signs as it were; and God, the Eternal and Perfect God of love, wisdom, power and justice, surely had an idea that this Lucifer, the most beautiful of all angels in the heavens, who might have been creating scorpions instead of blue-jays, his brothers were happy to create, (who knows? we weren't there) and therefore said when it was all over that not all things were blessed... why not think that this God of wisdom had more than enough wisdom to know just what to do if his suspicions were right? And how much more so was he going to find out what all he had in his heart than by putting him in a position of power and see what exactly he was going to do with this power... and then go about fixing the problems once and for all time??? As He is doing and will prove it beyond a doubt at Armageddon! You're using your God-given brain by thinking like this! Satan raised such an important issue when he accused God of being the liar, that none of us can begin to understand all of the consequences that this would have and all of what God had to do... which seems like a long six thousand years to us but is in fact only six days to them... It will all be over soon... and the truth of truths will cover the entire planet! when no one will ever mock or question God again!
Only the true God and the one who proved faithful right down to death, his son Jesus, have it in them to rule over us!

I believe that God made Lucifer as well as other Archangels that were, are great.Lucifer was the greatest of them all and God give him lots of power. There are those who don`t think Angels have a free will,I believe their wrong because if they didn`t have then they couldn`t turn against God.So making that point Satan as he became was so puffed up with his self that he thought he could over throw Gods Kingdom and obviously so did a third of the other Angels as they followed him.God and the rest of the angels threw him and his followers out but he still went to Gods throne and accused Job so he was free to enter. He is the Prince of this world and a great deceiver that not only the Angels followed, who knew God,but a whole lot of deceived humans also.

First of all, Satan wasn't forced to be perfect. That never was YHVHs plan. Are you sure you read the Scripture or are you believing what you've been told, or heard?
Satan was angry that YHVH was creating mankind. Satan wanted to be YHVH.
All are tested on loving, obedience; still we have free will, most do that is. Satan is not cast down yet. You will know when he is. Satan is a Seraphim's, was sent to protect YHVHs children. Satan wanted YHVHs glory and honor and Power, chose to form an Army taking 1/3 of the angels with him. decided he could be better than YHVH if more humans served him instead of YHVH. Satan knew that if sin entered humanity, our contact to YHVH would be breached. The best strategic menuver he could use was to seduce females, Infiltrate the blood line of humans and strive to thwart YHVHs Salvation from comming. Hence the flood, the ark; to destroy the giants. that 1/3 of the angels are comming back. Last days are headed our way. Tune in to the Scriptures for the next episode of truth.
Shalom

The answer is found in Isaiah 14:12-14 - There was one word that Satan said over and over and over, and that word was "I"
which is the central letter of pride, and the center letter of sin.

God will not share His glory with another, and Lucifer kept saying that he would be like the most high and overthrow God's throne. I personally think Lucifer had to be very foolish to walk in and see the power of God in person and think that somehow he could beat God. The created being overpowering the Creator! Then to top it off, 1/3 of all the angels in Heaven were dumb enough to believe it too.

God knew what Lucifer would do from eternity past to eternity future and at every point in between. God is never surprised about anything.

Well i think that the world cant be just good so there needs to be some evil in it and God gave all of the evil he has to Lucifer who would be able to use it because he wanted
power of some sort so that God can only control all good.

Actually people don't get the story because evil got to be heard first... Now the one calling itself god is actually men of ancient times.. and the one who was given power is female not male that is why males are elevated in religions all religions because evil (who actually introduced the bible to manipulate the human race in advance of her coming) Now the woman was given power not by what humans call god he simply had no choice but constantly takes credit for the work of nature and any human working with it. So despite the power given to him by humanity ot the evil one ( especially through christianity) All this is being resolved as we speak... the woman becomes known as Mother Nature and she is the coordinator of the guardians of Nature. who are as follows... Females.... Birtha -the black earth,
Windy -the wind Flora -the plant life and Riviera -the fresh water.... Males Ocean -the sea (salt waters) Sandy -the sand of the seas Rocky- the stones of earth and Night -the sky. We will be seeing their work soon enough through Sandy(he left his home from the floor of the Atlantic to bury the pyramids so no one would use or worship them) Sandy will be returning to his natural home. What we will be seeing is the desserts receding and the sand moving back to the ocean. so you see what is called satan is none other than what christians call god he is never found cause the only ones looking for him are the ones he already owns.

I think you're heading in the right direction... I believe that we all existed with God before birth, and Lucifer was one of the ka-zillions of God's spirit children. He was a very advanced one.... refered to as "son of the morning" (Isa. 14:12).

Isa. 14:13
13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

Lucifer's sin was pride. When we all existed before this life, we all had the chance to progress and grow and learn, while in the presence of God. Lucifer progressed very far, but became so enamoured of himself, in his own great acheivements, that he thought he should surpass even God.

Lucifer became evil because he wanted God's glory. He was going to ensure that all mankind returned to heaven by force. This is a contradiction to free will.

Christ said he would be a savior and help others to return to God and give the glory to God. Thus people had their will to chose good or evil.

God chose Christ's plan and Lucifer was upset and cursed God.

this is what I think.
I think that the devil might not really be evil.
in my religion it is believed that the devil was told to embrace humans because we are better than him and he refused this. God was mad because he had ordered him to bow but he didnt. so God sent him away. anyway, when God sent him away from heaven the devil made a promise to God that he will show to God that humans are not as good as God thinks they are by always trying to make humans not do what God tells them to. The devil said that it doesnt bother him to go to hell as long as he is allowed to take as much humans down with him.

so this is my thought. I think that the devil is being evil just as a way of him to express what he believes(that humans are not THAT good) and that he tries hard to make God see this. does that seem bad to you?
