Ser is the permanent form of to be. Estar is the temporary. So, You would probably say Estoy trabajo, I am working (right now)

None, you should to say: Estoy trabajando (I'm working)
Also: Yo trabajo ( I work)
When you say: Estoy a trabajo, it's mean: I'm to job, and when say: soy a trabajo, it's mean: I'm to job (work)
When you say: Estoy en el trabajo, it's means that you are at job (work)

I'm not sure what you're trying to ask.

If you mean: I am working, then it's estoy trabajando
if you mean: I am at work, then its estoy en el trabajo.

The corect verb to use is "estar", so you would say "estoy trabajando" ( I am working) or "estoy en el trabajo" ( I am at work)

estoy = I am
soy? No such thing in Spanish.
You meant
voy = I go.

Voy al trabajo = (I) go to (the) work[place]?

Spanish speakers, please correct.
