it fills up the cell in your face and make them plump and well colored. it also make your skin soft. Thats why when you're dehydrated, you become pale and your skin is dry and a little bit tough.

I don't about it.
But i now one thing that my skin is very oily and very often my face looks oily after i wash my face.
