WEll anything with protein is good such as meat, cheese, and fish. Remeber to wait atleast 30min after a workout before eating because your body is still working out for this period of time and food wont be digested properly if you eat within 30min. I wouldnt use protein powders as I dont think you need it. Oh and use sea salt instead more minerals and healthier!

Yep... but maybe have like 3-4 eggwhites + 1 yolk instead of having 2 whole eggs or such. It's less cholesterol and fat that way (the yolks have all the bad stuff).
Usually I add some seasoning + kidney beans and/or ff cottage cheese to the eggs. It's more protein and gives them flavor. :)

A protein shake with fruit or maybe one of those nature's valley granola bar, a banana has a lot of potassium so it's easy absorbed after you work out of a V8 the one's with less sodium. Remember liquid things are easier for your body to absorb and will move through your system quicker than solids especially after working out.

Try adding some protein powder. It'll give you more energy and keep you full until the next meal. Also, adding vegetables could also be beneficial to your diet.
