That's a tough one to answer.
Sometimes you know it's not the right job for you right away, and sometimes, as you understand the job more, you end up actually liking it and excelling at the job.
Personally, I would suggest giving little more time for you to actually know the job. A month or two may be good.
Just be sure you find another job before you resign from the one you already have.

First off it does usually look better on a resume when you've been at a job for a while. If this is your first job, you probably could quit and not mention it in your resume. But really how bad is it? Is it the people, is it the company, is it one thing that happened that makes you want to quite. The reason is, if you're truly in a career you like, you have to imagine what you could learn and how beneficial will that be. I've seen more people build skills and character by working with difficult people, and it just so happen that those difficult people left for one reason or another so there were no more issues. If its the company, then is it you don't like the processes or you don't like where the company is going. If you have carefully considered and you really don't like where the company is going, and its not going to improve then sure quit. But take it as a learning lesson, on your next interview make sure to ask a question that will inquire into whether you'll like the next company or not.

There is no wrong decision here.. only what suits you best.
This depends entirely on the degree and cause of your dissatisfaction. It is your first job, and anytime we begin to do something new, there is at least some 30-60 day 'getting adjusted' period where it is common to be experiencing discomfort. If it is generalized discomfort, at least stay until you have identified what your better opportunity would look like.. CAVEAT.. If the dissatisfaction stems from a dangerous, toxic, or abusive work environment-- leave.. you deserve to have a happy memory with the experiences of your first job.

i would go for it right away. you really don't need a job you had for a week as a reference so don't sweat it. if it were a job you had for 10 years it would be a little different. as long as you don't owe them anything you can go as you please. its not going a permanent record somewhere.
