Usually just mop over with a mild acid wash. Whatever remains, just go through with a 4" scraper and scrape off. Then mop once more with normal floor detergent and tiled floor is shining and new.

My husband lays tile for a living, you will have to use an Acid wash, you can find it at Home Depot or Lowes.

You can try buffing it off with a slightly-damp towel and LOTS of elbow grease. It is not going to be easy.
