DiOrio is most likely an Italian last name.
Usually names with a capital D followed by a lowercase letter and another capital letter are from a Romantic language (Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian).

Di is not common in French or Spanish, and I have seen it in several Italian names. I believe it means 'of', just like de, du, and del in other languages.
