I rarely give people thumbs down in real life.

Nope. I'm ever so much ruder in real life. You just can't convey the full range of sarcasm or contempt online that you can in real life. We're really limited by lack of vocal inflection, facial expression, body language, and convulsions of actual laughter. Ah, sarcasm. Good times. Not to mention that most of the time, I write something really mean, and then I don't submit it. I click a different link, or I have the opportunity to edit it and then I'm much nicer. I wish I was nicer, period. But, you know, meanness is way of life.

The people that know me call it the Chihuahua syndrome.

Very funny eleventy. LOL You too Grits.

Good question. I hope there is not too much rudeness going on here, there is no need. We're all trying to find truthness here somehow. Let's keep it civil.

I definitely think people are more blunt online. It is much easier to voice your true feelings because of anonymity and proximity factors between users.

This is a good thing, however, because it is very therapeutic for people to have the opportunity to discuss matters of spirituality openly, regardless of religion, or lack thereof. Whatever two person's beliefs, their beliefs should never prevent themselves from considering the other a complete equal.

I don't answer religious questions in real life because people take too much offense to them and they get violent real easily. On here though people are expecting answers. Otherwise yes I state the exact same things to people the exact same way.

actually I am pretty blunt either way. On line I like the ability to change my words before they are viewed. Whereas, when you speak, once it is said you can't take it back. So writing allows me those few extra seconds to think about what it is I want to say

I am not atheist but I think everyone for the most part is more blunt online. Atleast from what I see.

Nah, I am who I am whether it is yahoo or the grocery store. However, people in real life do not generally stop me and ask me such stupid questions as I see here!
