I'm in a venting mood...?

Question

I am a language interpreter at the immigrations office.
Sometimes work can be extremely stressful because from time to time my brain freezes. I can't think of the translation of the easiest word. Most of the time, the officers are extremely rude thinking you are not qualified. I mostly do simultaneous interpretations. Which is hard just trying to understand what the officer is talking about.. let alone trying to translate it into my language for the person to understand.
I am new t this job.. just 4 months into it. I don't even know if I enjoy it. Well.. Yes I do enjoy it very much. I love my job. But it can be stressful. Pays well.. and great opportunities to go into courtroom interpreter.

I am just venting... I had a terrible day at work today.

Keep venting here instead of quitting! My daughter is a nurse, we are W.A.S.P.S.
I cannot tell you what would happen to the new Americans from Cambodia, Laos and Viet Nam if it were not for the interpreters like you to help with serious medical problems.
So you work at an immigration office, you still hold a future life in your hands. Your job is a privilege very few people have. It is to help with the American dream!

Your job is very hard I see. You just need to relax. Get a good friend and eat dinner together Saturday night and talk about what is stressing you, who is the cute guy, or whatever. Then you can talk as much as you want, just make sure it is a good friend. Bad friends will just complain about you complaining about your job. Good luck!

Go find an empty field that has a tree... walk up to the tree and vent about the crap you hate to it :D
