*SIGH* I really wish people would read previous answers instead of asking the same things over and over again.
Repeat after me, you can't spot reduce. If you want to lose weight it has to be all over your body and not just in one area.
The only way to do this is to do lots of cardio, eat right and have a caloric deficit in your diet every day. You lose weight from the working out and you lose weight from eating less.
You need to eat the right things however. Stop eating junk food, sweets, sugar soda, fried foods and anything really bad for you. Eat quality protein, lots of veggies especially the green leafy kind, drink lots of water and get enough sleep every night.
Try not to eat anything 3 hours before you go to sleep.
Beyond that, just use your common sense.

I happen to know that cutting back on the dairy is a way to lose tummy fat. But dairy is soo good! You're in luck. I am Mrs. Diet Plan. And I have some ideas for you.
1. Drink lots of water. It actually makes you skinnier, it helps stuff move through your system.
2. Excersise daily. Ugh, daily?!?! No, it's not that hard. Take a walk. Every day. Soon it will become part of your routine, and you will start to really enjoy it and be able to go farther and burn calories!
3. Keep the fat out of the house. If it's not there, you won't be tempted by it. Keep plenty of fruits and veggies around to snack on it when you feel ravenous. For chocolate cravings, keep a very, very dark organic bar around. One bite of it and your craving will be over!
4. Diet soda is NOT I repeat NOT good for you. The artificial sweeteners in it will slow down your metabolism and that is the last thing you want because then you will have trouble burning calories and everything you eat will go straight to your hips. May I also add that all the diet-soda hooked people I know are extremely fat? But regular soda isn't good, either. If you cut down on the sugary drinks alone, you could lose alot of weight. Stick to natural fruit juices and preferably water. Alcahol has a ton of carbs, too, so if you have, say, a glass of wine a night you might want to cut down to once or twice a week.
5. Try to stick to eating at meals. Eat when you are hungry, not bored. Water can also cure your I'm-eating-cause-I'm-bored thing. If you get hungry between meals, snack on some fruit or a few nuts.
Hope this helps!

I know that weight watchers works miracles. Drinking no soda is the way to go, instead drink water, there's no sodium in it and soda will keep you bloated and retain water. But I would have to say if you have to drink soda, go with diet because there aren't any calories, but on the other side there is aspartame which is known to cause cancer. Eat whole grain foods rather than a lot of carbs. Walking thirty minutes everyday helps lose weight. I'm not sure about the meal bars. Like I said weight watchers does work, try that.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I have lost 114 lbs. just by giving up sugar and white flour. I cook only in canola oil, or olive oil. Use only smart balance or promise butter. Eat 3 meals a day with only 45 grams of carbs per meal. Don't count calories. Eat only good fats-unsaturated. Giving up the amount of sugar sodas that an average person drinks per week, you give up 3500 calories per week. I eat alot of chicken, veggies, and really anything as long as you try to stay away from white flour in any form. I fry my foods that need breading with whole wheat flour. You can even make gravy with it. Eat 3 fruits a day no larger than a tennis ball, protein per meal the size of your palm of course plenty of water and all the diet sodas you want. A glass of 1% ,milk per meal is great too. It just melted off of me without much effort at all. Good Luck and start tomorrow.
You need small snacks between meals too.

Walking is great. Swimming is also great. NEVER eat fast foods because sometimes the salads have just as many calories as the burger because of the dressing. Drink alot of water and dont forget to drink milk. For the snack thing; granola bars and low fat things because it must be hard to not eat. i know what its like to be desperate for weight loss. Good luck :]

Losing love Handles
By know all of us know what are love handles. Love handles are created because of the extra fat build up in the body. Now we have to find out how to lose love handles.
If you really want to get rid of love handles, you should understand that there is no magical cure for love handles. The only solution is by the use of healthy diet and using regular exercise programs. I will never recommend you to go for any kind of pills for gets rid of love handles.
So here I am listing some of the best ways to get rid of love handles:
· Healthy diet
Going on a healthy diet can be really helpful in getting rid of love handles. You can go for low carb diets and low calorie diet. While using these diets, you have to some of your favorite stuff like sweets. Your diet should include proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals required for body to function properly.
· Cut the salt
The amount of too much salt in your diet is responsible for around 80% of love handles. High amount of sodium in your body will direct to "water retention," which makes love handles more prominent. So reduce the amount of salt in all kind of food you use.
· Cardio Training
The key to having great abs is burning more calories than you take in. Aerobic training combined with the tips above does just that. If you want to get rid of love handles then get up off the couch and go for a walk, take a bike ride, or play some hoops. Find something you like to do and keep doing it.

diet soda is much better than regular soda but no soda at all is the best and they say that any food that you eat after 8 o'clock turns into fat but maybe you can eat and apple and since celery (spelling?) has no calories your actually burning calories by eating so theres a healthy late night snack
