It might help -- depends on your acne, and what you have been using to treat it.
I was drinking vinegar for arthritis, and it did help the aches and pains -- but it didn't seem to affect my acne at all. But I didn't dab it on with a cotton ball.
If the vinegar doesn't work, try face masks once a week, and washing your face with chamomile tea. If that doesn't work, see a dermatologist -- they have lotions that work wonders! I can say that made the biggest difference in my skin. But everyone is different!

Bacne? I don't know if it gets rid of acne, but keep your face clean and eat a healthy diet.

I am not a doctor nor a specialist but this may help:
1) rinse your face as soon as you wake up, after you come home from outside
and before you sleep.
2) eat a lot of apples( i do not know how but that really helped me)
3) drink a lot of water..A LOT
4) exercise to sweat and get dirt off your face
Give it a try, i am sure it will work. It worked for me

Absolutely, no. To use vinegar may make your acne severe. Just wash your face with clean water. Take care...

No, nothing you put on ur face can get rid of acne. Trust me cause I used to have it. Putting too much on your skin will aggrivate it and make your skin worse.
Acne is caused by toxins in your body and hormones. Take a poop more than once a day and your skin will clear up. trust me!
