Help me Please!!!!!!! I have to go to a party in mexico and I do not fit in my dress!!!!! I am going in one month, but I am twelve and I weigh like 115 pounds!!!!! Tips please urgently needed!!!! HELP!!

LOL. If there was a quick and easy way to lose weight then there would not bt TV ads for Relacore, Trimspa, NV...There would not be Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem or weight watchers...Nor would people be struggling to lose weight, stay trim and avoid gaining weight.
There is no easy way.
Diet and exercise that's it. I guess that is easy but it is not quick. At 115 if you are in between the height of 5'1" and 5'5" then you are within your ideal weight.
At 12 you are still growing a crash diet is not healthy. Get out and walk, you can try to tone, but would not recommend any more than mild strength building exercises

Gads! 12 yo and worried about your weight? You have the rest of your life before you and you're worried about this?

Take your time, hon! You are way too young to worry about this! You (likely) won't be wed for at least another 4-5 years at the very least. Do not try to grow up too fast, It ain't all it's led to believe. Growing up bites!

IMHO - Stay single and w/o children! Continue your education and make something of yourself.

I started walking as much as possible instead of driving and also walking daily for about and hour and a half. Drank a lot of water and watched what I ate and I have lost a lot of weight fast. It will not take you long, you will be surprised. If you like to dance, dance a lot around the house while cleaning or showering. I also have been doing that.

you are tooooo young to be worried about what you look like...its not important..i can tell right now you will have major issues with self image and maybe eating disorders..love yourself for who and what you are...buy a dress that compliments you and fits properly instead of getting into one that doesnt fit too well now...eat a healthy diet and exercise hun.

Since you are so young, you really have to be careful about dieting. The best rule of thumb is to cut out all processed food such as Pasta, Cheese, Soda, Bread. Literally, if it wasn't grown or ever alive, dont eat it!

to be honest. you don't need to lose weight. YOU ARE 12! stop worrying. this is just proof that there is no future for kids your age b/c you guys are going to make yourselves so thin that you will just die of starvation.
