find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

The best one is one you do yourself.
Exercise is very important. You must also exercise self control.
#1. NO French fries
#2. Limit your carbs.
#3 Go for a HIGH Protein (boiled eggs, lean meat), HIGH fiber (vegies and leafy greens)diet.
(lots of vegies, salads etc)
Try this for the 1st week....
Only fruit and vegetable juices...Alternate fruit juice one day vegetable juice the next.
Fruit juices are easy (watch the sugars though)
Vegetable juice would be like tomato juice, V8 and the like.
There is also a great Cabbage Soup recipe which you might find doing an internet search. This soup you can eat as much as you want and is very good for you.
Exercise, Exercise, Exercise - Everyday.
Work the upper body one day, the lower body the next.
Also short bursts of exercise throughout the day will help to increase your metabolism.
Don't fall for the I'm hungry syndrome. Remember think of Hunger Pains as calories burning!!!

Anything program that promises fast weight loss results probably isn't healthy and won't last! My suggestion is Weight Watchers. You'll lose around 2 or 3 pounds a week in the beginning and then afterwards about a pound a week. You get to eat what you want you just need to control your portions. I didn't actually go to the meetings, I just did the program on my own. If you are self-disciplined, it works!!!

the paleo diet
it is IMPOSSIBLE to be fat on, litterally impossible...
because you eat the foods your body is DESIGNED to eat, the food that is adapted to our human genes....
it is NOT a fad diet, it is a diet for someone who wants to change how they eat forever, it is the healthiest diet out there, because it is humans original diet. the one we lost only 500 generations ago
