Alot will tell you that it means it`s time to potty/toliet train.Myself I dont believe that.My youngest was taken his diaper off at 10 months and continued up until he was toliet trained at 22 months. Now he is 2 1/2 and takes his underwear off if he is not wearing pants or shorts over his underwear. All kids do this at some time or another.

Actually, there is a reason. Maybe s/he has just learned how to take stuff off, and is delighting in a new skill. Maybe it's hot and the baby wants to be naked. Maybe s/he has a little diaper rash, and fresh air feels good. Maybe the diaper is too tight, or too wet, or too baggy. Or maybe s/he sees that Mom and Dad aren't wearing any, and wants to be "big."
Try "cute" diapers -- either buy ones with cartoons on them, or draw them on yourself. Or, try covering the diaper with "fancy panties" -- frilly for girls, super-hero for boys. Or, if s/he doesn't have *too* many accidents, just switch to underwear during the day. (You may be mopping stuff up, though!)
If it's a skill thing, teach him/her how to put panties/diapers back on, and really praise and make a big deal out of it when s/he does it. Don't make a big deal of it when s/he takes them off -- just get them back on, and then go wild.

That he or she is being painful. If the child understands what poo and wee mean and tells you when they have done it in their nappy then they are ready to toliet train. dont start to early ,it will only be heart ache for you. Once you start that is it you need to keep going. You dont want to confuse him her. Good luck toliet training can be very stressfull. stay calm and always praise never scold. regular trip to toliet every 1 to 1 and half hours. get into a routine set a timer what ever works for you. Only put on a nappy at bed time, if you start putting a nappy on for every other thing like shopping car drive ect he she will never learn this is very confusing for a child.
