well if it really bothers you that much that he doen't have a big ding-a-ling just say something like "i don't think you and i are gonna work out, we just aren't meant for each other" or something like that

If you liked this person enough to have sex with him, then it seems like your only reason for leaving him is over this issue.
There is no nice way to say "I don't like you because you are too small".

if you're gonna break up w/ him for that reason then you really don't like him & u should break up w/ him. Just don't tell him thats why, think of something worth beaking up over.
