Think about it. If you did that any where else they would throw you in jail or open fire on you. Why does someone who hops our fence illegally think they have any rights? We need to stop the immigration bill from passing or we are screwed.

because liberal judges and politicians have given them all "get out of jail free cards"... they have no fear... If the police did their job with accordance to the law they would be suspended and sued... and Los Angeles wonders why it has such a high crime rate

I actually think that few of the Illegal Aliens are marching compared to the lawful residents who are of Mexican decent.

In Arizona a group of them turned the American flag upside down. There is zero respect for our country because we don't demand respect. You're right. In other countries, you'd be jailed or sent out of the country for doing something like that.

In the U.S. everybody who is here has certain constitutional rights, such as the right to a speedy and public trial if accused of a crime, and the right to practice his religion and the right to freedom of speech. All people in the U.S. also have the constitutional right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures. Just because somebody looks Mexican, doesn't mean the cops have the right to grab the person and arrest him on suspicion of being in the U.S. illegally. However, only citizens have other constitutional rights - such as the right to vote or run for president.
Do you think that every person who wants to march in a political demonstration, should first have to produce an I.D. for the police to inspect in order to prove that he is in U.S. legally?
If you can't stand the way things are done in the U.S., I suggest you either work to get the constitution changed - or emigrate to another country with laws that are more to your liking.

I don't know. Even if you were to conceded that the 'right of the people, peaceably, to assemble' was the right of /all/ people, that still doesn't make there presence any less illegal.
