find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Sit ups are probably your best bet. If you cut out all carbs for like 3 weeks, you'll drop weight fast too, but it tends to come back fast when you go back to carbs. Your best bet is running/cardiovascular work and situps, but sometimes, that loose little pouch is hard to get rid of even then because the skin has been stretched due to the pregnancy.
I'm not sure how long ago you had the baby, but be careful and take care of yourself. Don't overdo it and take the time to appreciate that little bundle of joy you've got! (By that I mean the baby, not the pouch...)
Good luck!

Sit ups and crunches wont work for the pouch, you have to do cardio... do cardio at least 4 times a week or more, and do leg lifts on alternate days. Slim fasts are really good, and smoothies made of fruit. try to limit sugary drinks and stuff...
