it is not red when you look at it but it feels like a sunburn and when I move it, it really hurts!

Valerie I would suggest you to see a doctor soon, urgently if a rash appears in the same location. It could be nothing, a sore muscle to something as painful as zoster, call your doctor at least, good luck
