I am about 5'4" and i weigh 115 lbs. i know it doesnt sound like much, but i just want to lose my belly fat and jiggly thighs. ALL I WANT IS EXERCISES and TIPS. not diets, no pills. i know that i have to lay off the junk food and stuff. anything else?

i have 11 days to shed a couple pounds. i'm not askin for a major weight loss, but i just want to be a little more slim and trim. btw, i was exaggerating a little about the jiggly thighs. :)

cardio is the only fat burning exercise - 4-6 times a week for 30-50min and combine it with light weight training
sit ups and crunches build muscle but they dont burn fat so they will make your belly look bigger

No exercise targets a particular area of fat... it just doesnt work that way. The bets advise I can give you is that you target large muscle groups to burn the most calories. Lunges, squats, upright rows, deadlifts ... these with weights.. plus push ups and chin ups... and then do some cardio.. like cycling or rowing is even better... allocate about 1.5 hours a day to this... it is going to hurt.. but it will be worthwhile... if you continue with a calorie deficit diet.

You cannot spot treat fat. You can do alllll the situps you want, but if you do not restrict calories (500 calories) less than what you normally need to sustain your current 115lbs now you wont lose a thing. And dont drink sodas. Diet sodas are even worse. Just run a mile every day or something, and watch what you eat.

lie on your back and hold your legs up over the floor as long as you can!(about 2 inches off the floor) do this daily and your tummy WILL tone quicker than you know.

try bellydance routines, they are effective.. if you were in manila, i would teach you some techniques .. you can use bellydance videos by veena and neena.. they are available on record bars.. :)
