I am about 5'4" and i weigh 115 lbs. i know it doesnt sound like much, but i just want to lose my belly fat and jiggly thighs. ALL I WANT IS EXERCISES and TIPS. not diets, no pills. i know that i have to lay off the junk food and stuff. anything else?

i have 11 days to shed a couple pounds. i'm not askin for a major weight loss, but i just want to be a little more slim and trim. btw, i was exaggerating a little about the jiggly thighs. :)
