in terms of body positioning, the blood pressure drops a little when we sit up from laying or stand up, our body accomodates within a minute or two. this is called a postural drop and postural hypotension is when we are for example dehydrated and our body fails to compensate. when we exercise, some muscles in our body use up their energy reserves and they need oxygen and nutrition more than the resting conditions, for this the blood pressure and pulse rise a little so that the blood supply to the certain part of the body is increased to meet the demands, good luck
