try to have a balanced diet, you can eat pretty much anything you want as long as its in moderation, try to have at least two serving of fruit and veges a day, eg eat an apple and a couple of turnips, or whatever floats your boat
for fitness try to do at lest half an hour of something a day, playing sport, running or even just going for a walk can greatly improve fitness and general health

I believe the key for a teen to stay healthy, is to have involved parents. Yeah, it's good to lay off of hamburgers, etc., but it's best to have parents keeping an eye on you, and guiding you in the right direction. Asking "where are you going?" meeting friends, setting boundaries - this is what keeps a child healthy, out of rehab...healthy in body, mind and spirit.
I know this sounds old fashioned, but it has kept our family close and our children well.

Lay off the fast food and gallons of "energy drinks" on the market. Then find a healthy, fun activity to keep busy.

Eat right, don't smoke, don't do drugs and exercise. This is a constant throughout life. Oh yeah -- don't get into a car where the driver has been drinking.
