This is natural. The idea of freezing your wart is to induce inflammation. This focuses the body's immune system on that area, and will hopefully create antibodies to kill your wart virus. If you get a blister DO NOT pop it, let it HEAL. If you pop it, pick it, poke it, scratch it, it will go away for like.. a month and then come back in the shape of a ring, and get even bigger and uglier than before. Don't treat it on your own, see a dermotologist. You are at risk for infection, scarring, and more than likely making your wart even worse. See a professional.
