Left hip joint total replacable due to cartisone drug prescribed
for pains in 77 but used for sometime only.In84 felt result.Only
exersice made joint stiff to enable walking but limited.

Talk to a chiropractor to see if he can help with the alignment. Physical therapist could give you exercises to help with keeping head and spine erect.

Prolonged steroid use can cause the development of AVN (avascular necrosis) and from your comments, this sounds as if it was the reason that you needed THR.
If you are having problems with your posture and with stiffness, it's time to find out what is wrong. A consult with your primary care physician would be a good place to begin.
