You are driving off the road into a smooth field, but not intentionally. It is urgent that you turn the steering wheel but not important because you won't wreck anyway.

important things are well, important, but usually don't need to attend to it asap. for example, exercising every day is important for health, but not urgent. it's a long term thing

urgent as others said, require immediate attention, such as you must turn in your homework in an hour.

Never heard that... it is weird.
It may mean that it isn't important enough to be immediate, but urgent enough to respond eventually.
