It is someone who has seriously contemplated all sides of the question of whether Gods, religion, the Bible and Christianity is true. With all the evidence on the high side of the scale against, they have to do the most intelligent and reasonable thing and admit that they do not believe in any of it. The validity of the Bible has been shot down many times, therefore the basis of all Abrahamic religions is false. All religions are false and cause more problems than they are worth. As filled with untruths and corruption as all religions are, they still fight tooth and nail over who are best. There is no logic whatsoever behind the actions of this "benevolent" God because being all-knowing, all he does is set his people up for failure, knowing they will fail from the beginning. It's all such a big pile of B.S. that it stinks, therefore with all good conscience...the humble atheist must shun all religion and gods...therefore retaining his/her sanity and well-being.

A person that denies or disbelieves the existence of a supreme being or beings. I am a devout Catholic, but I do not stand in judgement of those that choose not to believe.. We have a choice in life- I choose God and all the wonders that come with my faith.
