I was taught that sin was falling short of the glory of God. It's something you did, more than something that you are. I think of it as just making a mistake, big or little. Ya gotta fix it especially if it's a big mistake and ya just forget it fast, there's to much to do to live in the past. I guess it's like saying you're always messing up or your a big mess up. I guess Chritianity has been going backwards for two thousand years to see us come to this or are they saying the first Christian was just new at it. Could you say that calling people names is devolution at work.

No being called a sinner does not make me feel guily because EVERYONE is a sinner. You WILL sin everyday of your life...why??...because no one is perfect..you are bound to sin no matter what you do...but as long as you ask for forgivness for you sins AND MEAN IT than there is no reason to feel guilty

I am guilty of sin. But I am a sinner saved by grace, so I don't feel guilty anymore.

If you believe in the Bible, which is where sin is defined, then being called a sinner is simply being called "not Jesus" as He was the only one without sin to ever walk on earth.

No! There's two sinners. (1) Forgiven, and (2) Unforgiven. But, the bottom line is were are sinners, is just that Grace, separates to the two.

No not at all. Why? Because I know Iam a sinner. But my past sins and any sins I may commit will be forgiven as long as I seek forgiveness and repent.

yep, when I was christian. I used to feel that other people could see what I couldn't see, since many were fond of telling me things like I wasn't a real christian if I didn't interpret scripture in this way or that... among other things.

I don't feel that way at all now that I've converted. I know that I sin but now I feel that my sins are mistakes, errs in judgment, and that G-d isn't waiting in the wings to damn me to hell for it.
Withour all this hell stress I have lots more time to just hang out and get to know G-d.

No, it amuses me more often than not. A lot of the people screaming 'Sinner!' these days should look to their own behaviour and attitudes before criticizing other people's.

No. It makes me wonder who the heck the person who's calling ME a sinner thinks they are.
People really should worry more about themselves and not so much about others.
