No 14 or 15 year old, whether gay or straight, needs to be having sex...they just aren't emotionally mature enough to handle that kind of responsibility with anyone...but that doesn't mean they won't have sex...but I have to agree that if someone 5 years older had sex with them it should be illegal...and again...that would be in either a heterosexual or a homosexual relationship....

If 14 & 15yr olds would be deemed capable of consenting to sexual relationships with people up to five years older than them under this law it does seem to be kind of nonsensical to imagine that they were at the same time incapable of consenting to a relationship with someone six or seven years older than them. A person is either old enough to give consent or he/she is not.
