First of all- cayenne pepper is a spice, not a condiment! What kind of foodie are you? In answer to your question- I think mustard in it's various forms is the most valuable. And if you cook at all you know that good olive oil and garlic are MUST haves!

it is surely a nutrition addict's question. genuinely each and every person can technically stay with out all condiments. I end employing salt on something over 25 years in the past, and LOVE the style of nutrition, relatively if it has much less salt so as that i will easily style the nutrition. i think of too many individuals are intense and compulsive with appreciate to nutrition or something. obese individuals are growing to be greater & greater pathetic.........or am I lacking the "Oprah sense" of the question? (sorry if I sound abit too harsh...merely makin' a l'il component's'all >.)

Plain yellow mustard. I hate mayo, and I think ketchup is pointless if there are tomatoes on the burger/hotdog/brat/whatever. But I looooove mustard. I used to use ranch all the time, but I stopped when I discovered that red wine vinaigrette salad spritzer stuff.

Gosh, it really depends on my mood. I know everyone wants to say Ketchup, but won't because they think everyone else will say it too. SO, I'm going to think the same thing and go with Salsa....goooood salsa, like not from the Super Market.
