fuge the lawyer i just want to know 4 how long u go 2 jail (fyi this is 4 a school project)

At least 9 states have medical marijuana laws on the books now. If your marijuana farm complies with all of the legal requirements for producing marijuana solely for medical use, then no criminal charges are possible.
If the marijuana farm exceeds the limits for medical cultivation/use, or if the marijuana is simply being grown for an illegal purpose, then the appropriate charge is Manufacture or Production of Dangerous Drugs. (More serious than simple possession offenses.) A felony in all jurisdictions. Possible prison sentence and hefty fine.
You also should note that federal law enforcement officials don't have to recognize state medical marijuana laws. The feds won't bother with a small amount of weed, but if you are talking about a large-scale grow operation, then there is also the risk of federal charges.

Did they charge you with cultivating because school project or not you should have been. By the way I would like to see the judge's face when you tell that lie in court. I went to college and had projects none of the were growing weed. You are looking at 10 - 15 years.

Depends on the state for the amount of time. If they get you for cultivating and distribution you probably are looking at prison time. State of Fla. min. is 3 years

Depends on your lawyer. You shouldnt serve sentence at all.
