Sounds like a cold. Get lots of rest and drink fluids.

If you're concerned about maintaining your health you should consider an immune booster like Immune Alert. The active ingredient is an extract from baker's yeast (beta glucan) that has a lot of research to prove it's effectiveness in boosting your immune system to keep you healthy.

If it's the flu, you will have achy chills, and a big headache. You will be so weak, you will not be able to get out of bed. I am sorry you're not feeling well. Drink ginger ale, chicken soup or bullion, crackers if you can. Get well. Take some Tylenol .

You probably have a cold. The water will keep you from getting dehydrated at least.

Try drinking hot lemon and honey, or hot bouillon too.

Feel better!

you said that it was sudden, right? sudden symptoms usually mean it the flu. plus, fever is more likely to be the flu, too. but the doctor will be able to tell you more.
