Can drinking a lot of water help you lose some of the calories or whatever?

yeah, it does, because when you are drinking water it flushes stuff out, but it takes time and LOTS of water. about a month ago i started exercising a crapload and I drink a TON of water and my face is insanely clear, as well as my whole body. and yes it will help with the calorie losing, but you shouldn't eat fatty stuff in the first place. blueberries. by the way, really flush out your system, better than water.

Yes, but drinking too much water can be fatal, so don't overdo it.
