find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Hi, I weigh 315lbs and I walk 4 Miles a Day plus I'm on a Strict Diet as well so I know what your going thru, believe me I know lol. Let me start off by saying that taking a Weight Loss Supplement is not the best idea because it can lead to some serious side affects and bad damage to the body. Also, keep doing your doing, you should lost at least 30lbs if not 40. I plan on losing 20-30lbs by the end of July myself. My B-dad is coming up and I wanna lose a little weight you know?
Well, we can keep each other motivated by email. I know what your going thru. Just hang in there.
Good Luck with your Weight Loss!

That's way too much weight to loose in such a short amount of time. Loosing 2 to 3 pounds a week is the norm. Even if you manage to loose so much weight in such a short amount of time, there are serious draw backs. Your health for one. Plus the faster you loose weight the faster you will gain it back. PLUS MORE. Just be patient and do what your doing and you should be fine. Everyone wants to loose weight fast but it really isn't worth the health risks that come with it; is it?

that is a lot of weight to loose in such a short period. You might want to cut out as much sugar out of diet as possible as well. Even though taking soda away is awesome, there are still other foods and drinks that you may not even realize have sugar in them, such as Gatorade. Also try and stay away from white carbs eat whole grain it will keep your stomach fuller longer.

I suggest counting your calories and knowing your target heart rate. And also start running or hiking vs walking. If you can get your heart rate to burn the calories that you're eating that will help you maintain a certain weight. If you eat more than you burn, thats when you continute to gain. And if you burn extra then what you eat, then you'll be losing. Dieting pills only help temporarily. If you want to keep it off, its best to change your lifestyle to fit. I love fitness magazine, gives good tips and workouts.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

30 maybe 40 no. When you take hydroxycut all it does is speed up your metabolism, but you have to exercise in order for it to work. I beilve something more effected would be http://www.bodybuildingoutlet.com/t2fatburner.html go to that link and read it personal trainers beileve it is way btr than hyrdroxcut

Be careful with the diet pills--
Its sounds like everything else you're doing is right on point. You have the motivation, the right Ideas, stick with it and watch you achieve that goal.
p.s. Eat lots of vegetables too.

DON'T LOSE HOPE! IT IS POSSIBLE.
I have done it...and it's healthy and fine. You're doing great by cutting out the junk.
Look at the fiber and protein content---try consuming lots of both and little fat.
Eat lots of green, chicken & tuna.
Good LUCK!
