Just speak with a Spanish accent, if anyone questions your status, call them racist. If you do that, you can stay as long as you want.

Without a visa, as long as you're not working or going to school or depending on US government resources, you can stay up to six months with a Canadian Passport.

At least until you get caught, have your trial, and are deported. You might be able to buy time by sleeping with the judge. That's what Celine Dion did.
