Hi im a 15 year old who has been on a diet for about 3.5 weeks. I started at 195 pounds and im down to 184. I'm 5'11 and a boy who runs about a mile when he can.
Here is my diet:
Breakfast: 1 apple or if i have time special k
Lunch: Small bowl of salad
Dinner: what ever my mom makes but it is more than lunch

no snacks in the middle of the day other than an apple maybe

I just need some more food ideas + excercise ideas and I want to lose about 7 more pounds by June 13.

Thanks!

Thanks for responding soo quickly!!! I dont think i am depriving myself of food because i have relatively heavy dinners. I eat around 6 p.m and today i had two pieces of steak medium sized and a little bit of pasta (the healthy kind) and cauliflower. Do u guys think that if i did abs everynight my stomach will shrink faster or do u think I should do more than one mile of jogging with the abs?

I just want u to know that 4 weeks a go I ate a lot of food! i continued to get seconds and know i figured out that limitin myself to one small portion has been working out on the scale but not on my stomach! I still feel i have a chubby stomach and i dont wanna say this but i have rather big breasts not tooo big but they show in T-shirts! is there anything i can do to get these improvements??

thank u

Do a modified sit-up to work your ab muscles. Find something heavy like a couch. lay in front of it and hook your feet under it, knees bent. PLACE your hands behind your head, don't use them to do anything. point your chin to the ceiling! (It'll not kill your neck) Now lift your shoulders of the ground. As SOON as your back starts to come off.. you are done, start over. I did this for 2 weeks at bedtime (it will make you very tired, but not sweat) THEN lean to one side [after straight front],then the other for your lateral sides. I don't tell you how many to do, because your BODY will stop you. Your sternum area will KILL and not let you do ONE more when you hit the limit. (I could only do 6) It will be tough for the first 3 days, but then become addictive. You should start to notice a difference in 2 weeks. You need exercise, not diet. It's also a great sleeping 'pill'. Also, do healthy eating as your diet. good luck.

You don't just need more food ideas- you need more food!

Breakfast should be big. It's really important, because if you eat a nice big, healthy breakfast, you won't feel so hungry the rest of the day, and you'll be able to work out even harder. Eat special K AND the apple, and a piece of toast with low cal margarine.

Also, eat snacks all day. Little ones. Like, a bad of apple slices, carrot sticks, celery sticks, ect. Lunch should be a small salad and maybe a piece of chicken on top. You need the lean protien to keep going. DInner is already taken care of.

You've got a good grip on it.

Try walking, I lost 30 pounds in 3 months just by walking 2 miles a day at a quick pace. Don't sit and relax after a meal, go for a quick walk, keep your body burning that fat.

Did you know if you deprive yourselfe of this thing called FOOD it can be quite harmful did you also know that most the weight you have lost is WATER seriously. Ask your mom if you can see a dietitian and she can help you figure out a life style change where you eat and loose weight

workout atleast 30 min a day, 2 days a week to start with. try drinking protein shakes or protein bars because it gives you more energy, which you burn when you excersise and thats really good. get the special k protein bars they taste good and work.

Make it a way of life. Find a diet and exercise regimen you can live with and stick with it.
