Do your teeth really come out when you are in a coma?

I was reading a book called "Diary" and the character is in a coma and his teeth keep falling out.
Does this really happen?

my bff in 3rd grade was in a coma for 3 weeks b4 she died and didnt lose any teeth

ask a person in a coma what they think or just ask them to smile and see for yourself .
