I just did squats and calf raises, it was like a low intensity cardio workout, could it replace a cardio workout while also replacing my leg workout days? It made my legs much more tired than a leg day. Are there any other good excersizes with this ball?

Do your crunches on the ball as well. As you said it was low intensity so I don't know that I'd let it replace cardio if you are wanting major weight loss. If your goal is weight maintaining though probably that would be fine.
