Slightly, it hurts more to people compared to others. But if you moisten the needle before the peircing and you numb your ear before the peircing you wont feel a thing. I did it when i peirced my belly-button and i didnt feel a thing.

i got mine done yesterday and i have a very low pain tolerance and it didn't hurt AT ALL to get it pierced i barely felt it. i actually think it hurt less to get it pierced then the lower part of your ear but afterward it hurt kinda bad because its sore so have some pain medicine on hand but after a day it doesn't hurt so much and it looks really cute

It hurts a bit more than getting your ear lobes pierced, but it's quick. It is also a little tender for about a week and hurts a little when it is touched or bumbed. But after about a week you can't even feel it.

I got it done and it didn't hurt me. However, it did hurt when I would sleep on it at night. I've heard people say that it takes quite a while to heal, and that eventually it doesn't hurt to sleep on (maybe you just get used to it?) but after two weeks of painful sleep I finally ended up just taking it out.

it hurts to put a needle through pretty much any body part, but different people get a different sensation from it. So some think it hurts while other think it feels great.

it hurts little bit, but it's over soon!
when i got it done, the lady piercing it told me that on a scale of 1-100, it was judged around a 45. so it hurts, but not so bad! :o)

It felt hot at first and then was sore for a few weeks but did not hurt. Unless you accidently touch it, of course.

it hurst a little, and the pain goes away like 5 minutes later.

P.S: watch out at night when you are sleeping, you may hurt it if you sleep holding your head on the pillow.
