I received monetary donations for a mission trip and won't be going after all. How do I write my sponsors a letter stating that I won't be going afterall and will return the money?

1. get address or phone numbers of sponsor(s)
2. write a letter/call them
simple enough.
how will they find out that you didnt go? i'd keep the money.

Be courteous and tell the truth. If you have an opportunity to tell them face to face that would be best. People, especially in churches, are truly forgiving.
