I do believe in "inner beauty" but I have to feel attracted to my girlfriend, too. If I'd have to choose between inner beauty or "real" beauty, I would go with inner beauty. Because real beauty is only a temporary thing. This is why there are so many old couple still together (after tens of years in marriage)... I kinda like to watch these people, because obviously they are no longer attracted to each other or not in the way we think but they've found the real CONTENT in each other and at the end of the day, this is what really matters.

While attractive women are a definite plus to look at, they should NOT be the only thing we go after. Men seem to forget that the most "attractive" women can become incredibly ugly the moment they open their mouths and all for different reasons. How many of us have been around a total hottie that we couldn't stand because all she ever talked about was how her hair or her make up, etc. look? On the other side of this coin comes inner beauty. How many men have been around a girl that was simply "OK"? Have you stopped to look at her personalty, or what she has to say? Just remember guys, outward beauty fades, but a good personality and inner beauty will never fail to stick with her!

I would bet a lot of men would say they would like both, but the high rate of men cheating seems to point to the "attractive women" side of the table. The truth(that a lot of people never get to) is that inner beauty is the only thing that last, and should be what we look for.

In an ideal world yes inner beauty but every 1 is diff. I think if u go with ur heart an feelings u will hav a better relationship, beauty is in the eye of the b holder.

Physical attraction can last for up to 3 years. inner beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I do partly believe in inner beauty but personally i need to be attracted to the girl otherwise i dont really want a relationship, thats kind of shallow but thats me

It has to be a mixture of the two.
If I don't find her attractive at all, then her inner beauty won't matter.
If she is arrogant, rude, materialistic and dishonest; it won't matter how good looking she is.
Of the two, I would pick inner beauty because looks fade but there has to be an attraction.

Are you beautiful?? Why should I have to choose, I prefer a women who is attractive on the outside, but also wonderful on the inside.
