find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

ok im 5' 3" or 5' 4" and 118 lbs. I'm really skinny. If you go down to 80-90 lbs. you'll look like a sign pole. I don't think your weight is a problem. It's just a matter of being in good physical condition.

Start your day by eating 1 bowl of Cereal and Drink 1, 12 once glass of 2 percent milk for lunch that will hold you over tell supper and try boiling your food to gets rid of ecess fat

I'd suggest eating a cheeseburger or something. You are UNDERweight.. I'm 5'5" and 115 lbs and I wish I'd gain some weight. YOU certainly need to gain weight, NOT lose it!!! Where you are now is very unhealthy!

like i do im 5'1 and weigh 111 pounds!
try sticking to 500 calories a day and doing 100 crunches it worked for me , by doin that i lost 5 pounds that week
