Never heard that one before. Naw, the sun causes them to appear when some people are exposed. That's all I know. My niece use to say when she was little that she was going out in the sunshine to pop out some brown sugar. Cute , huh?

No, nervousness does not cause freckles. Freckles are caused from sunlight or genetics. You can develop hives from nervousness though, which can appear as raised spots, maybe you are confusing these with freckles.

no, freckles are genetic, sorta, certain people with fair skin usually get lots from the sun. i have tons, 1000s of friggin constellations, and im not that nervous. you get stomachaches and headaches and hives from being nervous (not so sure about hives though...)

i dunno about that one, but you can get freckles and moles from too much sun exposure.
