As a high school sophomore who is worried about his final grades and the pressure of keeping up a 4.0+. How can he relieve some stress or calm down? Please I am not dangerous, but could realive some stress.

I am a High School Junior that has a 4.0 also, and I am trying to make my final grades too so i know what you are going through. First, you need to make sure to stay up on your work. Second, Talk to your teachers to stay up to date with your progress, don't be afraid to talk to them. My biggest stress reliever is knowing how i am going to do. Third, try listening to some music, classical works. Do something proactive like a sport. DON'T PLAY COMPUTER GAMES, they will hook you and make you think that computer games are more important.

There are many simple stress techniques from progressive relaxation to deep breathing in yoga. Everyone suffers stress and finals do that to everyone. Be happy that things will settle down once finals are over.

Google professive relaxation and you will find all you need to know. The more you practice it, the more accomplished you become. And PR is good the rest of your life.

anyways, to avoid stress, be on top of everything, sleep well, play a sport, and never eat our feelings out O_O

get this free mp3 which induces meditation, it will relieve stress like gangbusters..

you will have time to worry about your GPA in college. dont worry about it now. enjoy high school, hang out, go runnnig or exercising, watch tv a bit, write. take it easy!
