It is caused by your hair on your head. Remove your bangs from your face by using head bands. During the summer and fall seasons, oil from your hair deposits itself onto the shoulders (if you have shoulder length hair), back of the neck, and face. Women of the younger generation love hair around their face, but women of the older generation has more experience about this and now knows why they had pimples on their forehead.

If you have bangs, it may be from your hair products. And your eyebrows may be from plucking. Just a guess though.Try using toner with salicylic acid. It got rid of any problems I had cause it promotes fast skin renewal.
