Check with your chapel services on base and/or ask around. If you're a spouse, have your military member ask around for you or talk to the other spouses who share your beliefs. Usually chaplains have listings in the base papers of chapel services, and other churches tend to advertise.

The first description you gave was good BIBLE-BASED, for that I think you can find a local Seventh-day Adventist church. and tell them you want to do personal BIBLE studies.
