How do you know you're not already one in this life!?

You will have a very short life if your request is granted, either you'll be eaten by a predator or you'll end up pinned to a board in someone's collection and if you survive these you'll die after a few brief days of fluttering about just through the naturally short butterfly lifespan.

God may shake His head in dismay at the question because reincarnation is not His doctrine, but of the adversary. We live once in mortality, we die, and then we are resurrected in spirit and body never to die again.

Not at all, but remember while GOD answers all prayers, we may NOT like his answer which seems to be "No" most of the time.
