i see these people walking around with pot bellies the size of Africa... i dont think any thing except death/lipo is ever going to help them .. what do u all think?

diet and exercise can help anyone lose weight. have some sensitivity.

It can, absolutely. Low carb diets are especially good for those in the obese category, as it helps in faster reduction of bodyfat. Keep in mind that most low carb diets are best for short term usage, getting the bodyfat down initially, but aren't really sustainable in the long term. The trick is not to gain the bodyfat back when you go off of the diet, which means a combination of healthy diet and exercise.

any kind of a diet will help them to lose some of it =then they would have to see Dr and get a diet suited for them
